"Someone Out There Loves You" was an untitled track on the The Black Parade Is Dead! DVD. The song was also performed at other shows during the Black Parade era. For a long time, fans referred to the song as "Stay" until Gerard Way in 2013 confirmed the song's real name in a reply to a tweet. On the DVD, the song was performed during the first concert MCR put on since their last performance as the Black Parade persona at Maxwell's Tavern in Hoboken, New Jersey on October 24th, 2007.
It is not currently known if a studio version of this song ever was recorded or existed, as the band hasn't talked about it, leaving the studio version of this song lost media.

This song is from the point of view of someone trying to convince somebody to not commit suicide, asking the suicidal person if they would stay alive if they knew that somebody cares and loves them. The song heavily implies that the singer is the "someone out there" who does love them.
